Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines the specific circumstances under which we can offer a refund.

1. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

2. Conditions for Refund

We stand behind the quality of our products. A refund will only be issued under the following two conditions:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will issue a full refund (including any shipping costs).

Quality Issues: If you receive an item that has a significant quality defect (missing stickers on stickersheet, pre-peeling, ripped stickers) we will issue a refund.

What is NOT considered a quality issue: Minor variations in colour due to monitor settings, slight imperfections in handmade items, or normal wear and tear are not considered faults.

3. How to Request a Refund for a Damaged or Faulty Item

To be eligible for a refund, please contact within a week of receiving your order.

Please provide the following in your email. This is so you can get your refund quickly!

-Your order number

-Your name and the email address used for the order.

-A detailed description of the damage or quality issue.

-Clear photographs or a short video that clearly show the damage or defect.

Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, we will assess the situation and inform you of the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs for Refunds

For items approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping if we require the item to be sent back. The initial shipping cost you paid will also be refunded.
